What syncs

A person saved in Innovnet is the source record. The table names the CRM record that can receive it. Individual field names are not on file.

Direction and timing

The path is one way. Innovnet exports a contact to HubSpot. HubSpot does not write that record back into Innovnet. Notes and tags are not exported.

It runs when a contact is saved from an exchange, a form, or a scan. It is not on a timer. A contact with no valid email is skipped. If the job title is empty, HubSpot receives “Contact from NFC App”.

Plan

PRO is $9.99 CAD per month or $99.99 CAD per year. The trial is 30 days of PRO, once per account, no card. When the trial ends, nothing is charged and the account stays on Basic.

Basic still stores the contact, with notes, tags, priority, and CSV export. The CRM step itself waits for PRO. Card prices are separate: Classic PVC is CA$29.99, bamboo and walnut are CA$39.99, and Elite Black or Silver metal is CA$69.99. Shipping is $10 CAD anywhere in Canada.

Setup in three steps

1. 1. Start PRO

   Create an account and start the trial: 30 days of PRO, once per account, no card. HubSpot contact export is a PRO feature.

2. 2. Connect HubSpot

   Open the HubSpot connection in the app. The exact screen is not on file, so this step has no screenshot yet.

3. 3. Export a contact

   Save a contact in Innovnet. The export runs on that save and writes the HubSpot contact fields above. It does not create a HubSpot deal.

Limits

• PRO only. Basic keeps the contact in Innovnet and can export a CSV. It does not include HubSpot contact export.
• One way. A change you make in HubSpot is not pulled back into the Innovnet contact.
• The export is a HubSpot contact. It is not described as a deal, a ticket, or a company record.
• The export writes email, first name, last name, company, phone, and job title. It does not write notes or tags.
• A team admin dashboard that connects HubSpot for every seat is not available.

What stays in Innovnet

A visitor taps the card or scans the QR code. The profile opens in about 2.8 seconds, with no app on that phone. The Innovnet user keeps the person as a contact. The CRM step is separate, and it runs only on PRO.

Physical cards ship from Hamilton, Ontario. Handling is 1–2 business days. Delivery in Canada is 5–9 business days. There are no customs or duties on Canadian orders. Shipping is $10 CAD anywhere in Canada.

Each seat is $9.99 CAD a month or $99.99 CAD a year, the same as PRO. For 10 or more seats, the price is a quote. The card is a one-time purchase and keeps opening the profile if PRO later ends.

The Innovnet contact remains the copy you edit. Notes, tags, and priority stay on that contact. CSV export stays on Basic. If PRO ends, the account moves to Basic, the profile keeps working, and Card Mode taps fall back to the profile. A lost card is replaced by ordering another card. The live profile can be updated without a reprint.

Profiles support French. The phone that taps the card does not need an app. iPhone XS and later, and Android with NFC on, can use the chip. The printed QR code opens the same profile.

Data is stored in the USA. Payments are processed by Stripe. Pages are served over HTTPS, and the site sends HSTS. Details of collection and deletion are on the privacy policy.
