NFC card modes: link, lead form, or landing page
Card Mode is a PRO setting. A tap can open a custom URL, a Lead Capture form, or a landing page. On Basic, the same card opens your profile.
How it works
1. Start PRO
Card Mode is included in the 30-day PRO trial, once per account. The trial does not ask for a payment card.
2. Pick the mode
Choose a custom URL, the Lead Capture form, or a landing page. The NFC card and the printed QR code both use that destination.
3. Change it later
Switch the mode in the account. If PRO ends, taps fall back to the profile. The card does not need to be replaced.

Send a tap to a page you already host, to a form, or to a landing page you set up in Innovnet.
Lead form at the table
The Lead Capture form is the PRO way to ask a visitor for their details on that tap.
Layouts
PRO adds Elegant and Profile-top layouts. Basic keeps Centered and Classic.
A clear fallback
Stopping PRO does not wipe the profile or the contacts. Card Mode simply stops.
Basic remains free forever: up to three profiles, Save and Exchange Contact, a custom exchange-contact form, contacts with notes, tags, priority, and CSV export, emails on exchange, Insights, event campaigns, card and badge scanning, an Apple Wallet pass, and AI lead chat on contacts. Those stay even if you never turn Card Mode on.
PRO is $9.99 CAD a month or $99.99 CAD a year. Besides Card Mode, it includes HubSpot contact export and Salesforce lead sync, both one way, advanced analytics with engagement scores, AI lead suggestion, and AI lead chat with full visitor history. After the 30-day trial, nothing is charged unless you keep PRO. The account stays on Basic.
Card Mode is not a booking system. It does not connect Google Calendar, and it does not create appointments. If you want a scheduling page, paste that URL as the custom URL. The card then opens the page you already use.
The hardware is a one-time purchase from CA$29.99 and ships from Hamilton, Ontario. Shipping is $10 CAD anywhere in Canada. Delivery in Canada is 5–9 business days, with no customs or duties on Canadian orders. Every card has NFC and a printed QR code, and the other person does not install an app.

Questions
Is Card Mode free?
No. Custom URL, Lead Capture form, and Landing Page are PRO. Basic taps open the profile.
Do I need a new card to change the mode?
No. You change the destination on the account. The same chip and QR code follow that change.
What if I cancel PRO?
Nothing is charged after PRO ends. Card Mode taps fall back to the profile. Contacts and the card stay.
Does the lead form need an app?
No. The visitor’s phone opens the form in the browser after a tap or a QR scan.
Can Card Mode book a meeting?
Not by itself. You can point the custom URL at a booking page you already run. Innovnet does not add a calendar.
