PRO analytics name the visitors, show the journey, and score engagement. Basic keeps a simpler Insights view for the week, the month, and the year.
How it works
1. Share the profile
A tap or a QR scan opens the profile. Basic Insights record that this happened, by week, month, and year.
2. Open PRO analytics
PRO adds named visitors, the path they took, location, device, and an engagement score.
3. Use the score
The score is a signal on that visit. It does not send a follow-up draft, and it does not book a meeting.

Where they looked
The journey shows the path on the profile, which helps you see if a listing link was opened.
Device and location
PRO includes location and device on the visit. Basic Insights do not claim that detail.

If you stop PRO, Insights remain. The advanced view does not.
Basic Insights are free forever, next to the rest of Basic: up to three profiles, Centered and Classic layouts, contact exchange, a custom form, contacts with notes, tags, priority, and CSV export, emails on exchange, event campaigns, card and badge scanning, an Apple Wallet pass, and AI lead chat on contacts.
PRO is $9.99 CAD a month or $99.99 CAD a year, with a 30-day trial once per account and no payment card. Advanced analytics sit with Card Mode, Elegant and Profile-top layouts, HubSpot contact export, Salesforce lead sync, AI lead suggestion, and AI lead chat with full visitor history. Exports are one way. When the trial ends, nothing is charged and the account stays on Basic.
Engagement scores are not a promise of a sale. They describe how a visitor used the profile. Innovnet does not claim a public rating, a review count, or a hosted-in-Canada data centre. The company is in Hamilton, Ontario, and prices are in CAD.

Do I see a name on Basic?
Basic Insights are the time-period view. Named visitors are listed as a PRO analytics feature.
Does this sync to Salesforce?
Salesforce lead sync is a separate PRO feature, and it is one way. Analytics do not replace that export.
What remains if I stop PRO?
Basic Insights stay. Advanced analytics stop. The profile, card, and contacts stay, and nothing is charged.
