Innovnet’s free networking CRM is the Basic contact list: people you exchange with, plus cards and badges you scan, with notes, tags, priority, and a CSV export.
How it works
1. Collect the contact
Someone taps your card and exchanges details, or you scan a paper card or badge into the list.
2. File it
Add a note, a tag, and a priority. An email can notify you on each exchange.
3. Take it out
Export a CSV. On PRO, export a contact to HubSpot or send a lead to Salesforce, one way.

PRO when you need a CRM
HubSpot contact export and Salesforce lead sync on PRO send data out once. A change in the CRM does not come back.
Basic is free forever and includes up to three profiles on Centered and Classic layouts. Save Contact, Exchange Contact, and Share are included, along with a custom exchange-contact form. People who exchange can get an automated email. Insights show the week, the month, and the year. Event campaigns group leads from one room. An Apple Wallet pass, an AI assistant, and AI lead chat on your contacts are on Basic.
This is a contact list for networking, not a full sales database. It does not create Google Calendar events, book appointments, or send mail from Gmail. Those are not Innovnet features. You can paste a booking link you already use onto the profile, as a link.
PRO costs $9.99 CAD a month or $99.99 CAD a year. It adds Card Mode (a custom URL, a Lead Capture form, or a landing page), Elegant and Profile-top layouts, advanced analytics, AI lead suggestion, and AI lead chat that can see the full visitor history. The trial is 30 days, once per account, with no payment card. When it ends, the account stays on Basic, nothing is charged, and the card, profile, and contacts remain.
Zoho, Pipedrive, Zapier, and Google Contacts stay available as integrations on the site. They are not listed here as PRO plan features. The confirmed PRO exports are HubSpot contacts and Salesforce leads, both one way. Cards that open the profile ship from Hamilton, from CA$29.99, with $10 CAD shipping in Canada.

Innovnet is in Hamilton, Ontario. Basic is free forever. PRO is $9.99 CAD a month or $99.99 CAD a year. The trial is 30 days of PRO, once per account, and it does not ask for a payment card. When it ends, nothing is charged and the account stays on Basic. The card, the profile, and the contacts stay. Card Mode taps fall back to the profile. A PVC card starts at CA$29.99, bamboo or walnut at CA$39.99, and Elite metal from CA$69.99. Shipping is $10 CAD anywhere in Canada. Delivery in Canada is 5–9 business days, with no customs or duties on Canadian orders. Every card has an NFC chip and a printed QR code. The other person does not install an app. Profiles support English and French.
Questions
Is the contact list free?
Yes. Notes, tags, priority, and CSV export are on Basic at $0 CAD.
Does it sync both ways with HubSpot?
No. PRO exports a contact to HubSpot one way. It does not import HubSpot changes back.
Can I scan a card into the list?
Yes. Basic scans paper cards, event badges, and QR codes with your phone camera.
Are there reminder emails?
No. You get an email when someone exchanges, and an automated email can go to them. Reminder emails are not included.
What does PRO add to the list?
HubSpot contact export, Salesforce lead sync, advanced analytics, and AI lead suggestion. The list itself stays if you stop PRO.
